What’s Included in Your Rental
Incubator Kit
12-egg incubator, with built-in automatic egg turner
Water tanks for maintaining humidity
Egg candler (built in)
12 fertilized eggs (breed availability may vary)
Brooder Kit
Brooder enclosure for newly hatched chicks
Brooder plate for warmth (much safer than a heat lamp!)
Chick feeder & waterer
Bedding & starter chick feed
Rental Period: 4-5 weeks
Chicks hatch in 21-Days. It’s best to plan to keep the kit for at least 4 weeks so you can see them hatch, and watch them grow. The kit must be returned within 5 weeks of the start date. You can either bring the chicks to us when you return the kit (we’ll see they find a good home) or keep them and start your own flock (we’re happy to offer advice!) Just let us know if you plan on keeping the chicks or wish to return them so we can plan accordingly.
Pricing & Availability
Our Hatch & Brood Rental is $120, which includes a $70 charge and a $50 refundable deposit. The deposit which will be returned at the end of the rental period, provided all equipment is returned in good working order.
The rental includes the incubator setup, brooder setup, fertilized eggs, starter feed, bedding, and basic guidance throughout the process.
Rental availability depends on kit availability, egg availability, and current hatch timing. Please contact us to check available rental windows and confirm details before scheduling.
